I am currently a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in the Customer Strategy and Design function within the Technology and Transformation (consulting) vertical. My role involves transforming complex business processes through automation and enhancing digital experiences, with a focus on developing long-term strategies for our clients. This includes designing comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that align with market demands, ensuring effective product launches and customer engagement. I conduct in-depth market assessments to identify key trends, customer segments, and competitive landscapes, which decides our approach to market sizing and growth opportunities. Additionally, I collaborate on creating detailed business plans that outline strategic goals, financial projections, and operational workflows, enabling sustainable growth and a competitive edge in the market.Previously, I worked at Bharti Airtel as a Manager in Supply Chain Management, where I led Core Network and Public Cloud Sourcing. I managed the procurement of various Core Network technologies, including MPBN, BNG, VoLTE, HLR/HSS, and VAS, as well as Public Cloud services. My efforts were directed towards leveraging category expertise to identify opportunities for cost savings, standardizing Capex and Opex purchases.Before that, I served as a Procurement Lead at Cognizant, where I oversaw end-to-end procurement activities for leading Public Cloud Service Providers (AWS and GCP). My responsibilities included spend analytics, cloud governance, cost optimization and consulting.In a previous role at Cognizant, I managed procurement and IT consulting for clients in the Nordics region, contributing to achieving the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) for two consecutive years in our annual CSAT survey.I completed my MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, with a focus on Analytics, Consulting, and Marketing. My capstone project, which was a year-long endeavor, explored Pricing and Marketing Strategy for the service industry using datasets from American Airlines and Airbnb. Prior to my MBA, I graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
