At Novotel Brentford, I work as a Front Office associate where I welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and help ensure their stay is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I use Opera Cloud daily to handle reservations, update guest profiles, and coordinate with other departments to keep everything running efficiently.What I enjoy most about this role is creating great guest experiences. Whether it’s offering a warm welcome, solving a problem quickly, or simply being available when someone needs help, I take pride in making people feel comfortable and cared for. Hospitality is something I’m genuinely passionate about, and I love being in a role where I can make a positive difference in someone’s day.
