   At Delivery Solutions (UPS-owned), I work as part of the core QA team for Alligator, the company’s proprietary omnichannel delivery orchestration platform used by top global retailers. My primary responsibility is to ensure the quality, reliability, and client-side stability of complex integrations between retailer systems and the Alligator backend.I lead and support the QA efforts for client-specific implementations—ranging from same-day delivery, BOPIS, and curbside pickup to post-purchase experiences like returns, notifications, and tracking. I design and execute detailed test plans, conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing, and validate each integration thoroughly before production handover.My testing scope spans both web interfaces and backend APIs, with extensive use of Postman for validating RESTful APIs across diverse retail partner systems.
