Currently building Reginald Men and Molecular Company as the CEO of BTM Ventures (subsidiary of Honasa Consumer). Before this worked as the Chief of Staff and Strategy at Honasa. Also led 3 acquisitions and public listing of Honasa as part of Corporate Development team. Started post MBA career as a consumer M&A banker with experiences at EY, Avendus and JP Morgan.Graduated from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2017 with a specialization in Finance and have also passed the Level 3 examination of CFA Charter. During XLRI, I interned as a buy side Investment Analyst at Shannonside Capital, a European Hedge Fund based out of Ireland. At Shannonside, I applied value investing frameworks to recommend buy/sell decision on a payment industry stock.At XLRI, I was also a member of the teams which were National Finalists in the CFA Research Challenge 2016, National Runners Up in TAS TBLA and DBS Ideathon case competitions.Prior to my MBA, I worked for a year and half at ZS Associates, providing data analytics based consulting to pharmaceutical companies.
