Key Responsibilities:Lead process quality assurance across Assembly Line, Molding, and Pan Coating operations to ensure defect-free production and compliance with internal & customer standards.Monitor and control in-process quality parameters, conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA), and verify adherence to Control Plans & PFMEA.Handle customer complaints through structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools (8D, Why-Why, Ishikawa) and ensure timely implementation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).Prepare and publish Monthly Management Quality Reports, highlighting process performance, defect trends, cost of poor quality, and improvement actions.Lead defect analysis (visual, functional & dimensional) using statistical tools, Pareto analysis, and trend monitoring to reduce recurring failures.Work with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects in molding, coating, and assembly to reduce rejection rate and improve line efficiency.Ensure compliance to OQC & PDI inspection standards, sampling plans, and support audits from customers & certification bodies.Drive training sessions for operators & line staff on quality awareness, defect prevention, and standard work practices.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for incoming material quality, evaluation, and corrective action follow-up.
