I manage products enabling Capture & Content Services for our Digital Services portfolio. My team delivers products to help companies automate their document processing needs by implementing AI/ML technologies and custom developed managed services solutions to capture their data and feed it into their downstream business processes. My aim is to maximize value to our internal and external stakeholders. I serve as the bridge between the Global Offer team and the development teams, with an emphasis on representing the user community to the teams. I work with global business teams to define and prioritize features, while working with the development teams to ensure that the product is successfully delivered to a measurable standard throughout the lifecycle. Some of my responsibilities include: •Manage the project/product vision, roadmap, and releases in collaboration with stakeholders and company policies. •Collaborate with the business teams to plan features for future releases. •Understand the capabilities of the product and demo features to stakeholders. •Keep documents and systems (for example: ADO) updated with relevant information related to the project requirements and delivery status. •Represent the voice of the customer to the development teams •Collaborate with the development teams for the duration of the release to elaborate requirements including detailed conditions of acceptance. •Interface with other product owners to manage dependencies within integrated projects. •Proactively manage changes in project scope and cost, identify potential risks, and work with management and development teams to create recovery plans •Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. •Collaborate with the Leadership Team to implement key initiatives (Maximize Quality, Surmount Delivery, Enhanced Predictability, Control Risk, Scale the Organization, Create an Innovative Organization, Unify the Organization).
