I am a driven and aspiring HR & Data Analytics professional, currently pursuing my BCA (2025–2028) from KP Uccha Shiksha Sansthan, Prayagraj.At present, I’m gaining hands-on experience as an SQL Developer Intern at Elevate Labs, where I’m working on real-world projects involving database design, schema creation, and query optimization. This internship is helping me build a strong foundation in database management and practical SQL application.Alongside this, I also work as a Home Service Partner Engineer at Jio Fiber, where I’ve developed practical skills in client communication, real-time data collection, issue tracking, and service reporting. This experience has strengthened my ability to understand customer behavior, manage field data, and solve problems efficiently — all valuable in both HR and analytical roles.With a deep interest in people operations and data insights, I am actively learning Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python to grow my technical capabilities. I’m also developing my understanding of recruitment processes, employee communication, and HR documentation.I bring a mix of analytical thinking, strong communication, and on-ground execution experience. I’m currently seeking remote or part-time internships in Human Resources or Data Analytics, where I can contribute meaningfully while continuing to learn and grow in a real-world environment.
