I transformed an initial concept into a robust, market-ready product over a 360-day development cycle, serving as the sole architect and developer.Key Contributions & Achievements:Full-Stack Development: Architected and built a comprehensive event management system from scratch, handling everything from the logic of participant registration to complex judging algorithms.Solo Execution: Managed the entire product lifecycle independently, including requirement gathering, UI/UX design, database management, and backend deployment.Resilience & Problem Solving: Successfully navigated numerous technical hurdles, debugging critical system errors and optimizing uptime to ensure platform stability under high-load environments.Real-World Validation: Successfully deployed the software to power a University-Level Hackathon, managing live data and judging workflows for multiple teams with zero major errors.Product Vision: Bridge the gap between a conceptual idea and a functional tech solution, focusing on scalability and user experience for large-scale tech communities.
