As a member of the Product team, I oversee key business requirements and initiatives for Credit Line and Stock Trading. My major projects and responsibilities include:• Leading product ownership for Dhani Credit Line, Stock Trading & Mutual Fund platforms, driving key strategic initiatives.• Spearheaded the development of an in-house CRM and Admin Portal, taking the project from concept to launch (0 to 1), with extensive hands-on Figma usage• Designed a comprehensive Collection System for lending business, with real- time cash collection integration with Airtel Money, Spice money & Fino bank.• Handled integration with Digio for e-KYC, e-Sign & e-Stamps, Setu for Account Aggregator & Penny Drop, Razorpay for Payments, Karix & Gupshup for SMS and Netcore for Email & Clevertap for notifications.• Lead full revamp of the Stock Trading App and ongoing Web revamp including complete redesign of the IPO application journey featuring 1-click apply.• Successfully integrated Mutual Funds from scratch (0 to 1), expanding the platform\'s investment offerings• Leading and mentoring a team of 4 Junior Product Managers & Designers
