As an ERP Implementation & Automation Intern, I support end-to-end ERPNext projects by assisting in requirement gathering, documenting business processes, and preparing SOPs to streamline workflows. My role involves working extensively on data migration, including cleaning, structuring, and validating client data in Excel before uploading into ERP systems. I assist in configuring core modules such as Accounts, HR, Inventory, and CRM, and contribute to user acceptance testing by documenting bugs and system issues. Additionally, I support automation by creating workflows, alerts, and scheduled reports, ensuring smooth process execution. I also help in preparing user training materials, answering client queries, and escalating technical issues to senior consultants. Alongside these responsibilities, I contribute to project management tasks such as maintaining trackers, noting minutes, and monitoring implementation timelines. This role is enabling me to build strong skills in ERP functional consulting, automation, data analytics, and client collaboration while gaining hands-on experience in transforming business processes through technology.
