Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.6. Market Research and Analysis:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.7. Reporting and Metrics:Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve the recruitment process.8. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality candidates are presented to clients, meeting their requirements and expectations.Additional Responsibilities:1.
