From starting my career organizing orders and managing customer expectations, to now leading e-commerce order fulfillment operations and business development, it’s been a journey driven by curiosity and the thrill of solving operational puzzles.Over the years, I’ve worked with brands like Amazon, Imperial Supply Chain Solutions, and Airattix, taking on roles where every day meant new challenges: tight deadlines, vendor negotiations, KPI targets, and ensuring thousands of orders moved smoothly. Along the way, I discovered my knack for people management, process optimization, and building systems that don’t just work they scale.I’ve set up and streamlined warehouse operations, implemented WMS systems, onboarded clients, built vendor networks, and worked closely with 3PL and 4PL partners to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
