In my professional experience at Fiserv, I utilized advanced monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Kibana for log monitoring and data visualization. I managed gateways, diagnosed server issues, validated developer code, and handled incident management, collaborating closely with a 12-person team. My role required proficiency in products like Apigee, AppDynamics, AppViewX, and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless system operations and efficient problem resolution. During my internship at Pharmarack, I honed my customer communication skills, installed pharmaceutical software, and executed SQL commands to manage client databases.
