By having a problem solving approach I come with a background of 8 years of pharma experience that includes working as analyst i.e, analysis of finished products,reviewer and investigations.My first job at Marksans pharma Ltd landed me with Qc operations specifically (finished products ) analysis where I learned analytical techniques, it’s the first time I dig deeper into Qc analysis and instrument in which I was working was UV and IR to perform qualitative tests.In my second role as Qc analyst at Lupin Ltd, I was trained and qualified to perform quantitative assay, degradation product on semi solid product, spray pattern on MDI, during my working in Lupin I was awarded as most focused candidate due to lesser incidences and good product handling After gathering adequate experience I was offered to work in analytical quality assurance in IPCA laboratories ratlam where I reviewed analytical documents generated in stability section and finished products sections, finding non compliances and also involved in investigations i.e, incidences,OOS,OOT and deviation.In Symbiotec pharma lab my work was to perform audit trail review on all instrument i.e, all chromatography and non chromatography instruments and capturing non compliances if any, and to direct investigations with right investigation tools, to review analytical data finished on lab ware LIMS and approve COA before batch release, maintain logbooks and issuance on logbooks.In torrent pharma I am working in QMS dept where I initiate OOS OOT prepare and review reports of OOS and OOT maintaining trend of OOS OOT performing impact assessment and capa implementation.Apart from above experience mentioned,I posses following attributes 1. Handling difficult people with professional approach.2. finding root causes with scientific approach. Good knowledge of pharmacopeial guidelines.4. Have worked in healthy working environment so it doesn’t take time to understand things at faster level5.
