I follow a practical approach in all spheres of life. I am hard working and goal-oriented. I primarily focus on details and like to be proficient in my work. I am traditional in my beliefs and follow the conventional system. I content to enforce \'the rules\' often dictated by tradition or handed down from a higher authority. Honesty is the best policy for me and i like to clear things in a straight forward manner. I have some predefined standards and beliefs. I value competency and efficiency, and like to see quick results for the effort put in work. You are aggressive in nature and lose patience easily when things don\'t go according to your plan,and that makes my success path. I am born to manage and like to organize and run activities. I make decisions on the basis of logic, using objective considerations. I prefer occupations that require an organized, logical, and practical bend of mind that incorporates an effective use of time and resources. I enjoy being the person in charge and make good supervisors at the workplace. I don\'t have any problem expressing yourself, and are honest and frank about situations and people.
