Home Loan Disbursement Managing end-to-end processing of HL, LAP, and BT files for salaried, self-employed, and cash-salaried customers.Reviewing Legal, Technical/Valuation, and RCU reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.Updating and maintaining case records in Finone, LMS, and DDFS systems.Applying key lending ratios (LTV, LVR, IAR, DBR, FOIR, IIR) for eligibility and risk assessment.Coordinating with branch, legal, and technical teams to resolve queries and expedite disbursements.Verifying beneficiary details and ensuring timely, error-free loan disbursements.Preparing and validating daily MIS and managing all disbursement-related communication.* Legal VerificationChecking all pre-disbursement documents and reviewing legal report status.Verifying applicant/owner details, loan type, property specifications, and Title Search Report (TSR).Ensuring compliance with SARFAESI Act guidelines.*Technical / Valuation ReviewReviewing valuation reports, land details, construction stage, property age, and boundaries.Checking FMV, RV, land value, construction cost, built-up area, and carpet area.Verifying property photographs and analyzing location and comparable properties.*Cheque Release ProcessEnsuring all OTC (Over the Counter) conditions are cleared before cheque printing.Sending cheque release requests only after completing all OTC checks.Verifying that all sanction conditions and legal/technical conditions are fully vetted by the respective teams.Ensuring all required documents are accurately uploaded in the internal system before cheque release.
