Roles and Responsibilities1. Accounts, Finance, and Audit• Prepare and finalize financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.• Ensure compliance with all statutory, internal, tax, and other audits as required by regulations.• Liaise with statutory auditors to finalize and audit financial statements.• Review routine accounting entries, perform periodic ledger reviews, and ensure corrections are made as needed.• Conduct cost analysis and valuation of stocks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.• Oversee reconciliation processes for debtors, creditors, banking transactions, and intercompany accounts.• Strengthen internal controls for receipt and payment processes, ensuring continued improvement and compliance.• Supervise and coordinate the accounting team to achieve optimal performance and align with company objectives.• Passing of Production entries and reconciliation of actual Production with Raw Material consumed.• Review of Physical stock statement with Book stock and report for the variance and checking of adjustment of short/excess entries dully approved by the management. Direct and Indirect Taxation• Oversee and ensure timely filing of GST returns, Payroll, statutory filings, including Professional Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESIC). MIS, Group Reporting, Budgeting, and Variance Analysis• Assist in group reporting for the parent company, adhering to strict deadlines and stipulated timelines.• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, Profit and Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets.• Provide financial data and information to the parent company as requested.• Support budgeting exercises for all departments, collaborating with sales and service teams to gather budgetary data.• Preparation of Annual Plan/ Budget and monitoring of Budget.• Perform variance analysis to track and report deviations from budgeted figures.
