1) Working as a Quality engineer and Responsible of Dimensional inspection of Aerospace castings As-cast, Proof M/c stage,Final ( Mostly titanium parts ) and critical engineering components like Radial straightener, Turbine casings,valves etc of various customers like Safran,HAL, DASSAULT,ROLLS ROYACE,HONEYWELL,NELES,MESTO,GTRE etc & To be responsible for Dimension inspection of patterns (Wax,Rapid Cast & Print Cast )and inspection of As cast and Proof Machined Casting and preparing dimension Report and initiating Non-conformance if any deviation occurs.2) To be responsible for preparing inspection Plan as per drawing/Specification/Control Plan/Quality Plan.3) Responsible of Calibration Activities like ( to perform calibration timely with the third party QTEX or others, Equipment certificate verification,Instruments Master list updation segment wise & Periodic check of instruments physically & maintaining records.4) To support in Dimension inspection of Finish Casting. 5) To support in Incoming inspection and preparing internal gauges 1:1 template of Pattern & Casting and give input to design team for any improvement in casting. 6) Conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis) for Quality team. 7) Responsible for resolving the Lathe & Milling M/c operator problems while casting proof m/c operations & Resolving the vendor problem in Proof -machining.

Working as a Quality Control and responsible In process & Final inspection for Final Assembly ( Shakedown and Final Buy off Activities) Major & Minor Aerostructure assemblies and sub assemblies and having 5+ year of experience in Quality - Good knowledge in Aircraft structure Drawing to interpret, Specification Standards, Quality Manual,Gauges ( callipers, Micrometres,3-pin Micrometres,UT gauges & all Related instruments) Reviewing Supplier First Article Inspection Report & handling Delta Fai According to engineering changes - Performing PFC of standard/Detail parts in Assembly condition & PFC of Tools (Internal Tools,Kaizen tools & BOEING Tools ) and after check offer to customer ( BOEING SUPPLIER QUALITY) & communicate to supplier & CFT Team for all feedback related to product -Understand and transform the customer requirements systematically through innovative methods - Improve Processes to minimize cost, rework, rejection, implementation of Kaizens in processes - Ensure Availability of resources to meet the customer requirements, drawing Requirements & specifications - Responsible for Supplier Query, Drawing Revision control customer Audits, external & internal and reply for CARs ( Corrective Action Request ) & closure - Reviewing engineering requirements with cross functional team & Ensuring Root cause of Nonconformence is defined,there by taking action to avoid recurrence - CPAB ( CORRECTIVE & PREVENTIVE ACTION BOARD ) meeting to review and reduce cause of Non Conformance -Selection of Standard Purchase parts ( eg Bolts,seals etc ) as per requirement considering factors like Fit,Form, Function,Cost,ease of operation & precision - Experience in inspection & Documentation as per AS9100 & AS9102 (FAI & DELTA FAI) of Major /critical Aero Structure Assembly of Below Mentioned projects: 1) Appache AH64 Attack Helicopter (BOEING) 2) PILATUS PC 12 AIRCRAFT COMPLETE FUSELAGE (SWITZERLAND ) 3) CH-47 CHINOOK DUAL ENGINE HELICOPTER ( CROWN & TAILCONE ASSEMBLIES) BOEING - Responsible for on time Delivery of Fuselage Assembly. BRIEF SUMMARY - 1) Quality control in ( FINAL SHAKEDOWN,FINAL BUY-OFF,FINAL ASSEMBLY LINE ) 2) Inspection of Final assembly / shakedown. 3) offer after completion of all inspection reports, Reworks, Documentations to the Customer ( BSQ- Boeing Supplier Qualit) 4) FINAL- BUY OFF ACTIVITIES : a) FINAL BUY OFF FOD b) Ensuring All related Document closure ( DELTA FAI, NC,ROS CLOSURE,Tooling Reports Work order closure, PIP check points, Dispatch documents. etc)
