As the Senior Manager HR in PXT (People eXperience & Technology) Business Partner at Amazon India, I lead the HRBP function for a diverse and dynamic business that is committed to raising the bar on seller experience and seller success through product & technology, account management, marketing, seller acquisition and through services to drive seller capability. I also manage the charter for seller capability as well as capability for the HR team.I have over 13 years of Human Resources experience across Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Compensation & benefits, HR operations and technology, and L&D functions in MNCs (Amazon, Capgemini) as well as start-up e-commerce retail (Prione Group). I have led these HR functions for organizations with varied business contexts including significant expansion & growth, restructuring and transformation on account of pivoting of business focus, and merger & acquisition. In addition to the BAU expectation in these roles, I have worked on new initiatives including (but not limited to) launch of Campus hiring & induction program, referral program revamp, new HRMS customization and launch, Covid management program, set-up of shared services organization, and 3rd party workforce compliance to name a few. I have led teams ranging from 2 to 20+ across these roles, and my strengths pivoting on customer backwards approach, high ownership, learn & be curious have assisted me in building fungibility and diversification in my profile. Investing more time in personal branding, balancing speed of execution vs quality of outcomes are some of my growth areas. On personal front, I am from Lucknow and have lived in 12 cities in India, I’m married to my batchmate from XLRI and I’m a father to a daughter and a labrador dog.
