   After my internship, I transitioned into a full-time role and started owning complete features — from backend API creation to frontend integration.One of the most impactful things I did was building a secure admin CRM panel from scratch using Next.js (frontend) and Node.js + Express (backend). This included everything from login/signup, CRUD operations for customers, secure APIs, role-based access (admin vs user), and performance optimization.I implemented JWT-based authentication and authorization, applied middleware to protect sensitive routes, and optimized our MongoDB queries to reduce load time.On the frontend side, I worked with Next.js SSR/CSR, used Redux Toolkit for state management, and added responsive design to make the site mobile-friendly.I also integrated SEO improvements, added proper meta tags for dynamic routes, and helped boost the page visibility for key ambulance-related keywords.During this time, I learned to manage pressure, debug critical production bugs, and collaborate more closely with the product and operations team.
