I am a Physical Design Engineer with 4 years of experience in Physical Design Implementation specially on 6nm,7nm nodes. I have a strong understanding of floor planning, power planning, placement, clock tree synthesis (CTS), and routing. I have hands-on experience working with industry-standard tools such as Synopsys ICC2, and PrimeTime. Additionally, I have worked on multi-voltage power-domain designs and successfully handled VCLP fixes. My expertise lies in timing analysis and fixes, along with Calibre fixes for DRC and LVS clean-up. I have also contributed to IR & EM analysis and fixes, ensuring power integrity and reliability. With a strong background in Netlist-to-GDSII flow, I have gained proficiency in floorplanning, placement, CTS, and ECOs, enabling successful physical verification and signoff.
