I am currently undertaking the design, development, and evaluation of the Solar PV system, Energy Storage, EV charging System and with significant emphasis on energy-related heat pump project to assess the viability of expansion into the GSHP market. This included analysing and sizing the potential of the GSHP market in the UK; identifying key players in the market; and strategising routes to market with an eye on longer-term business development. Furthermore, I have conducted an internal audit of the business and leveraged the insights to recommend actionable solutions that support success in this new market opportunity.Some key outcomes of this project include.• Leveraging my firm grasp of contemporary business and innovation theory coupled with my knowledge of the renewable energy sector and engineering knowledge to devise and agree on a project plan that met the intended outcomes.
