Currently working on LTE and GSM H→SS swap and new tower projects, focusing on post-KPI analysis, issue troubleshooting, and optimization of handover, timer, and drop parameters to meet performance thresholds. Conducted Parameter mapping with inter vendor with Samsung system. Analyzing GSM issues such as Call Setup Failure, High Call Setup Time, Inter and Intra Cell Handover Failures, GPRS Attach Failure, Call Drops, Voice Muting and Cracking. Checking UE logs to verify allocated codecs (AMR FR/HR and GSM FR/HR). Worked on GSM features such as VAMOS and Intra-GSM ANR, and LTE features like CSFB with related parameter optimization. Experienced in implementing parameters through USM for network optimization. Responsible for New feature testing and New PKG upgrade in the network. Performed detailed KPI analysis for feature testing and FOA, focusing on KPI improvement for NR, such as Session Drop Rate and SgNB Addition Success Rate. Responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing issues related to low throughput, and degradation in accessibility, mobility, and sustainability KPIs, along with call failure cause code analysis. Handled MyCom data extraction and validation to support KPI analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
