Currently, leading the stressed asset practise both in India and Bangladesh. I come with an experience of resolving complex acquisitions be it a buy side or a sell side, be it under the Insolvency framework or otherwise. While I have got an exposure of all the sectors, off lately, my marquee transactions were largely in power, real estate or hospitality. The most notable and as recent being KSK Mahanadi and JSW. We also help lot of stressed funds to find the right strategic investor for their identified targets. Prior to this, I was part of core mergers and acquisitions working on structuring the transaction be it for offshore or onshore investors including delisting or reverse merger. I am a Chartered Accountant (from the batch of 2014), an ardent traveller, a reader and a fitness enthusiast.
