This role has given me the opportunity to work with advanced ERP platforms like Microsoft 365 and SAP, which are essential for managing inventory, tracking sales, and executing daily operational tasks efficiently. I’m actively involved in driving category performance, planning visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining key KPIs like MTD/YTD sales, conversions, and NPS. Alongside this, I’m strengthening my skills in team management, stock planning, store audits, and compliance. With every passing day, I’m learning more about structured retail operations, technology-driven execution, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
