As an Associate HR Analyst, I am responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of human resource operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, data accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies. My role involves managing end-to-end activities across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR analytics, and employee engagement.Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting hiring managers in identifying the right talent. I actively participate in the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires have a seamless transition into the organization by preparing documentation, collecting required information, and providing orientation support.I work extensively with HR data management systems to maintain employee records, update personal and job-related information, and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave tracking.Additionally, I support payroll functions by assisting in salary processing, verifying attendance data, calculating deductions, and collaborating with finance teams to ensure timely payments.My role also involves preparing HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making, analyzing trends in attrition, leave patterns, and employee performance. I contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing activities, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback to improve workplace culture.In addition, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and contribute to continuous process improvement in HR operations. I stay updated with HR best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and deliver a better employee experience.Through my work, I aim to bridge operational excellence with people-centric solutions, ensuring that HR functions not only run smoothly but also contribute to the overall success and growth of the organisation.
