Supporting the academically weaker students in a Delhi Government School as part of a Teach for India initiative for improvement in their academics. This involved weekly tracking of performance and helping the students in clarifying their doubts. Introduced the students to educational technology with GCompris a high-quality educational software suite for children aged up to 10 years to improve their numerical, analytical, language & communication skills. Trained the students on reading and speaking in English Language with visit to the school library. Focused on physical education where students were given a chance to play several sports with the intent to improve their fitness and health. Taught the learners about the moral values by showing them the visuals to make them understand ethics, honesty, respect, responsibility, team work, communication, social equity, gratitude, behaviour, sharing, hard work, forgiveness, courage etc. Explained relevant case studies helped the students in differentiating between right and wrong. Overall, by applying pedagogies techniques, created and made an impact in the lives of the students to make them develop and grow.
