I’m Shivam Deotarse, a dedicated Computer Science graduate student at Arizona State University, expected to graduate in December 2025. My academic journey has centered around mastering software development, cloud computing, and machine learning, with coursework like Data Mining and Advanced Operating Systems driving my passion for technology. With a CGPA of 4.0, I’ve consistently challenged myself academically while exploring the practical applications of my learning through projects and research. Professional Experience: I’ve had the privilege of working as a Software Engineer Intern at Red Hat, where I focused on cloud computing, optimizing memory and CPU usage by 15%. This role allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, along with hands-on experience in resource optimization. Additionally, as a Google Summer of Code Contributor for Zulip, I improved performance and reduced loading times for the Zulip Terminal, collaborating with open-source communities and global developers to deliver impactful results. I’ve also worked on key projects such as Stock Chart Analyzers and Smart Door Lock Systems, which strengthened my skills in Python, Flask, and Java.
