The initiative aimed to modernize legacy processes, enhance operational agility, and accelerate business value through innovative AI-powered automation and orchestration. Challenges Legacy insurance processes with high manual intervention and low operational scalability. Fragmented data systems impacting underwriting, claims, and new business workflows. Slow turnaround times and inconsistent customer experiences. Need for scalable, intelligent automation to drive straight-through processing (STP) adoption. Solution Approach:Directed cross-functional teams to build and deploy modular agentic AI accelerators leveraging frameworks such as Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, AutoGen, and UiPath. Established an Agentic Orchestration Layer integrating multi-agent workflows and orchestrating interactions between AI agents and core insurance systems.
