ABOUT SHIVAM PATEL

Shivam is an E.I.T. and excels in design calculations, design drawing preparation, utility coordination and cost estimation. He assists senior engineers and project managers in the design development of projects, from preliminary to detailed, in municipal infrastructure, utility projects, water resources and private developments. He majored in water resources while pursuing his M.Eng. He has recently joined AECOM and is contributing in a better world through innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. He has considerable experience in municipal engineering, land development, and water resources engineering, where he has contributed to various projects involving infrastructure design with site grading, site servicing, SWM and low impact development techniques. He is well versed in preparing technical reports and contract specifications. His experience includes site inspection and contract administration. Shivam is a self-motivated and process-oriented person, who values teamwork, leadership, and innovation. He is also volunteering as the director of events at the Canadian Water Resources Association (CWRA)- SYP Ottawa, where they connect a bridge between academia and industry and also organize and facilitate events and activities related to water resources.
