Hello I\'m Shivali,I have completed MBA specialised in \"Human Resource Management\" and Bachelor of Business Administration from CSJMU.During my stint in MBA I have worked on multiple projects and research papers among which my major FRP was on \"Effectiveness of Performance Appraisal\"I have successfully made and won awards for various projects like \"Consumer Preference Towards Maggie and Soup, Washing Tube Cycle, Preference Towards Colgate\" during my BBA.My School & College have not only taught me academic subjects but have helped me to learn every single little thing that is required for a well taught students, a lot like making projects, leadership skills, team management.etc.I have volunteered at various events during my studies naming few are Smart India Hackathon, Management Conclave Program, Smart Ignitia Hackathon.etc.Along with volunteering I have also managed many teams during various events in college the priority one among them is Technical Team Ignitia(Social Media).Completed Internship from Unity as a Social Media Marketing, interned as HR at Aashman foundation and worked as HR intern at Cipherschools.
