Shivali has over 10 years of experience in clean energy transition, including program and projects management, grants monitoring, policy research, technical and regulatory assistance, and stakeholder engagement. She brings a blend of expertise in international development and consulting, with significant experience supporting energy transition initiatives in India, the UK, and other South Asian countries. As part of the USAID\'s South Asia Regional Energy Partnership (SAREP) Program, she led initiatives to support the adoption of renewable energy, emerging technologies, and regulatory reforms, collaborating with government bodies such as India’s CERC, state electricity regulators, MNRE, as well as counterparts in Bhutan and the Maldives.Under the UK Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions (PACT) Program, funded by the UK Government, she worked from end-to-end including program designing, selection of high impact investment opportunities through grants, to grant management and monitoring. Shivali has also worked with various multilateral agencies like The World Bank, UK’s BEIS, and GIZ, providing technical, regulatory, and policy support in clean energy and e-mobility initiatives. She holds a Master\'s degree (M.Tech) in Renewable Energy from The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi.
