Processing final batch settlement Requests. Processing IATA invoice ( International Airline Traffic Association) Monthly. Reviewing and rectifying the errors in invoice processing and payment. Managing ad hoc processing requests from the seniors, clients and the vendors. Reversing incorrect entries in the system and re-keying with appropriate information. Analyzing the payment block, releasing the blocks accordingly and payment clearing as and when required. Handling duplicate check activity to avoid duplication of invoice and payment on daily basis. Following up with the clients for aged invoices and urgent queries. Have good knowledge about the application used for processing of invoices, which helped in resolving any process issues. Maintaining Error Tracker and Reversal & Corrections Analysis with route cause. Able to communicate at all levels internally, externally, both verbally and written. Ensuring that all internal and external SLA’s are met. Ensure that service level agreement metric (SLA) Always seen deliverable are met at targeted time and within SLA. Maintaining Process documents and keep updating team members to changes in process. Ensure that there are no escalations and also handling level 1 escalation. Knowledge about all the process providing update to team regarding update
