KEY PROJECTS / NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS- Spearheaded recruitment efforts and formation of a 200-member team in Romania, serving as liaison with CEO and CTO to establish Tecra Romania as a functional operating branch- Directed the design/development of Customer Communications Management (CCM), a cloud-first, cloud-agnostic, configurable, scalable platform designed to support peak demand with high performance, reliability, and security.
