About Shiva Bhajekar

Composing agentic architectures, building applications with conversational interfaces and influencing digital transformation strategies is my passion. I enjoy building high performing teams that deliver on these three categories.Over the past 25 years, as a Business Architect I have focused on successful business outcomes for Fortune companies, help define appropriate success measures that address those outcomes and then come up with innovative solutions & prototypes that achieve them backed by solid architecture. Adding AI and Data capabilities to existing architectures and creating new capabilities focussed on the various verticals is one of my primary focuses at Salesforce, currently.In my spare time, I love architecting SaaS applications, coding javascript build conversational interfaces with generative AI and vector databases. While being a people leader at work, I still find myself in the garage coaching middle school science olympiad, trying to inspire young minds to take up a STEM career.Using an API first/Digital first approach these architectures & solutions are designed with a modern system of engagement, aptly using IoT technologies as necessary, ready for the millennial employee/customer/partner and delivered on the cloud. I have been creating such artifacts across verticals including financial, insurance, utility, retail, manufacturing and technology. I am TOGAF 8 certified & have written numerous papers on subjects including technology, industry specific sales campaigns & preferred Sales Engineering outlook. As a practicing Customer Digital Transformation Officer, I build strong executive relationships with our customers, influence their digital strategy with an agent-first architecture approach, and position Salesforce as their premier strategic Digital Transformation Partner. My team\'s efforts have driven a 30% year-over-year growth in the manufacturing line of business for the past three years.
