ABOUT SHIVA BANI

As a Lead -TAG at Societe Generale, I am responsible for the infrastructure of the entire group\'s businesses, including platform engineering and cyber security recruitment. I have successfully managed one of the biggest projects in GSC, setting up the framework and implementing discover business sessions as a Program Manager. I have also worked cross-functionally to represent Internal Mobility and create awareness across the groups by running multiple initiatives across branding and diversity events.In addition to my current role, I have experience in leading the Begin Again Program, an Inclusion and Diversity initiative for women looking to relaunch their careers post a break. I have also led the IDEAS domain and consulting hiring for various industries such as Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Consumer Business, and Manufacturing. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree from MBS College of Engineering and Technology and have skills in HR, ASP.NET Development, and Manual Testing. I am passionate about creating inclusive and diverse work environments and leveraging technology to drive business growth.
