Creative, Self Confident, Hard Working and Motivated.I am currently working as lead professional, structural engineering for WSP in the US.I have 8 years of experience working as structural engineer in transmission line industry. I am with stantec for almost 5years. I worked on various projects during this time ranging from simple pole replacement projects to design more complex new or existing 500kV transmission lines wth tubular steel poles or lattice towers. Before joining Stantec, I worked at ASEC as structural engineer in transmission line industry. I worked as Structural Engineer for American Engineers Group, LLC and graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station with Masters in Civil/Structural Engineering in May 2016. Interest in Civil Engineering sparked in me during my high school as I am very much interested in Statics and Dynamics. This led me to take up Civil Engineering in my Undergraduation. Subjects and projects that I had worked for 4 years created interest in Structural design. Meanwhile, placed in Afcons Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, one of the top most construction firms in India and worked as Structural Engineer for Underground Metro in Chennai, one of the prestigious projects in the country. Designed Diaphragm/Retaining Walls, Plunge Columns, Slabs etc. Worked for 2 years and I thought specialization in Structures will help me to take up more challenging projects in the future.
