I have made sure all the stakeholder (parties) who are supporting us in workshop like planning, loading & unloading postings in respective systems. Took ownership for my tower, plannings and unloading’s communicating information with my internal and external vendors who are in contract with us for our business productions. Made sure all the unloading WHs are adhering client SLA, updating materials which received to WHs an postings made accordingly in system, if this is missed one person is required to check operational status manually an make sure all the carriers. Currently taken ownership for few more regions Complete Logistics supply support involving all the vendors, suppliers, stakeholders & shipping lines. Optimisation, is the solution which makes planning easy, controllable, covering all the required information related to loads which are for planning on daily bases and weekly bases.Utilisation is the most important topic in every KPIs connect, weekly connect @ governance call discussions, which is best ways to cut down the low capacity trucks filled and controlling truck filtrates against half filled trailers. Utilising daily transportation trucks with one close observation which is what is loading today to be checked
