Draft new and amend existing internal Data Protection Policies, Guidelines, and Procedures, in consultation with internal key stakeholders and Data Protection Officers across countries where Capgemini operates.>Monitor compliance of the applications processing personal data with all legislations in relation to data protection>Advice on Privacy by Design and Default and conduct scalable PBD assessments for applications processing personal data as envisaged in Art 25 of GDPR and other legislations in collaboration with DPO\'s, Architects and Technical Teams.>Provide advice and conduct Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) where required to identify risks arising out of the processing of personal data and to minimize these risks as far and as early as possible (as envisaged under Article 35 of GDPR and other legislations)>Facilitate Data Subject Requests as envisaged from Article 15 to 22 in GDPR and other legislations in collaboration with DPO\'s, HR, Application Owners >Facilitate merger and integration activates of personal data from data protection perspective (Updates to BCR, due diligence etc.) of newly acquired business entities globally in collaboration with local DPO\'s>Advice and Conduct privacy risk assessments and mitigations for applications implementing Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (GenAI, Chatbots, etc)>Prepare/Review Data Protection Notice/Privacy Notice as envisaged in Article 12,13 & 14 of GDPR>Review Privacy and Security Due Diligence questionnaires filled by vendors/suppliers>Review Data Protection Agreements signed by vendors/suppliers
