Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the shell preparation process, ensuring accurate coating thickness, strength, and drying cycles.Monitoring and controlling melting operations for various alloys — with an eye for safety, efficiency, and composition accuracy.Supervising metal pouring into ceramic molds, ensuring minimal defects and controlled cooling.Conducting pre-pour and post-pour quality checks to maintain casting integrity and surface finish.Collaborating with process engineers and quality teams to reduce rework and improve yield.
