l. Ensure plant safety in all aspects - human, equipment, environments etc,2. Ensure best-in-class process for optimum utilization of plant capacity3. Ensure proper documentation for plant operation:a) Maintenance scheduleb) Plant drawings and OEM operating / troubleshoot manualsc) Training records - safety, on job trainingd) Power generation recordse) Visitor managementf) Spares / consumables availability4. Monitoring the plant performance on day-to-day basis and provide optimum solutions and guide the team accordingly.5. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual preventive schedule and implement the same with close monitoring.6. Plant report to management on weekly basis.7. Close interaction with customers and HO regularly.8. Ensure anytime readiness for plant inspections through adherence to quality norms.9. Ensure that plant operations and maintenance activities are following Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.10. Identifies problems and develops corrective Prevention action plans.11. Periodical visit / on-demand basis to project sites and monitor / control plant related activities and ensure smooth operation of plant.12. Ensure proper documentation on statutory requirements and coordinate with HR & Finance departments for proper compliance.13. Ensure toolbox meeting on daily basis and analyse for proper closure of punch points14. Co-ordinate with local people/municipalities/panchayat members 15. Responsible for generating Production/MlS reports, log reports etc.16. Asset management - close monitor of assets which includes tools, measurement devices, safety PPE, Vehicles, laptops etc, and provide report to HR / Finance department on monthly basis.17. Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and ensure the job is completed as per schedule 18. Close monitor on operation cost against the budget and control.19. Ensure periodical training (safety, engineering practice) being conducted and documented.
