At CSG, I architected BSS solutions for MTN South Africa, built billing systems for Inmarsat\'s GX satellite network, and delivered OTT platforms on Ascendon serving brands like Formula One and Disney. I\'ve worked on CSG Singleview, interconnect systems, and large-scale billing platforms serving millions of subscribers, always focused on high availability, security, and global scale. I\'ve led cloud-native transformations, built event-driven architectures, and designed data integration platforms that actually work under pressure.Lately, I\'ve been deep in AI—not the buzzword kind, but the practical application: LLM architectures, RAG implementations, vector databases, and analytics systems that turn data into product value. I recently presented research at AIxSET on configurable trait-based frameworks for enhancing LLM output, exploring how we can make AI systems more reliable and production-ready.
