I’m Shiv Kumar Singh, a Mechanical Engineering graduate turned Talent Acquisition professional with 4 years of experience supporting US-based Life Sciences companies. Early in my career at SGS Consulting, I began as a Management Trainee handling sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination. Thanks to strong performance, dedication, and a collaborative mindset, I was promoted to Team Lead in less than two years. In that role, I led a team of 4–6 recruiters, managed client relationships, extended offers, and collaborated cross‑functionally to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience. While the role taught me a great deal and helped build meaningful professional relationships, I’ve now stepped into an exciting new phase of my career. I’m thrilled to have recently joined Red Nucleus as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on their Global Talent Acquisition team.
