Provide direct supervision and leadership to a diverse team of security services dispatchers, in the security operations centre. Oversee real-time monitoring, incident response, and team coordination to ensure public safety and infrastructure protection. Manage advanced surveillance systems, and access controls with municipal and provincial regulations-Oversee recruitment, and training of staff, while collaborating with city-wide mobile units to meet key service deliverables for supporting programs to meet operational effectiveness and service level standards-Collaborate with Field Operations, Security Systems, Risk Mitigation and Investigations teams. Facilitate evidence acquisition with Peel Regional Police, and execute CCTV reviews for serious crimes with specialized Peel Police Units-De-escalate and respond to complex issues through effective investigation, mediation and conflict resolution. Answer queries and respond to requests from internal customers, business partners, and the public. Provide leadership in complicated and escalated operational emergencies, while communicating and coordinating response with emergency services.

Technology has provided phenomenal capabilities and opportunities to the world. Numerous global citizens are hard-working people striving to provide for their family and friends while helping their communities become more sustainable. Unfortunately, today, there are individuals who actively aim to jeopardize hard-working citizens and the collective effort we all take to make the world a better and safer place. Hence, creating a digital battlefield. I believe people who work tirelessly to make the world better should be supported, and when threat actors decide to push us, we need to be the ones who push back. Through continuous learning and skill refinement my mission is to provide hard-working individuals and their organizations an improved security posture to prevent exploitable vulnerabilities, help identify and eliminate digital threats, contribute to innovative cyber solutions, and collaborate with like-minded professionals. It is a tremendous honour to serve and protect my fellow Canadians, and the global citizenry on the digital front through cybersecurity.
