   Responsible for receiving all the incoming materials to assure conformance to Material Requisition / Purchase Order, Item/Part number, Serial number, Quantity and other specifications. Correcting all descriptions, U.O.M and other specifications of the materials received with discrepancies and then reporting the same to Rig Making RPO approved by Rig Manager getting approved by Rig Manager sending to the supplier for Quote once we get 3 quotes sending to Operation Manager Approval. Responsible for keeping a record of storage location, store/bin and maintain the materials in a proper manner Equipment / location wise and then update in Oracle5.3 maintaining and follow up daily outstanding reports department wise worksheet for supporting the material transactions. Responsible for receiving and issuing the Materials to the respective departments and to update the management on the status of the stores. Maintain database record of all incoming and outgoing materials being sent to Shore base for replacement / Storage and repair/service with proper documentation. Responsible for Control the inflow and outflow of stock and prepare periodic forecasting of all the non-moving, slow moving and fast moving items and maintain the min / max level. Preparing and controlling daily/monthly budgeting of materials, required for drilling and various operations. Responsible for Track and monitor approved Material Requisition (MR)/ Purchase Orders (PO) through the purchasing cycle. Preparing Technical Write up for Justification for Import consignments. Co-coordinating with the Singapore Base office on Purchase Orders routing, import notes and requirements. Responsible for maintain adequate stocks of Spares at predetermined stock levels, utilizing valid usage history to establish Min/Max levels of stocking. Provide regular updates on Inventory levels for the offshore and onshore stock.
