Offshore Lead – Accenture Project DeliveryAs the Offshore Lead, responsible for managing an 8-member cross-functional project team comprising Developers, QA Engineers, and Functional Consultants, I serve as the key delivery anchor for client engagements. My responsibilities includeClient Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Engage directly with client stakeholders to capture and translate business needs into well-defined User Stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with project goals.End-to-End Process Design: Facilitate and lead end-to-end business process design sessions, covering core finance functions including General Ledger, Expense Management, and Financial Reporting.Team Coordination & Delivery Oversight: Manage day-to-day offshore team operations, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure on-time and quality delivery across development, testing, and configuration streams, Resource T&M booking on internal portal.UAT Planning & Execution: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles by preparing test plans, supporting defect triage, and ensuring closure of business-critical issues in collaboration with QA and client stakeholders.Lead and support user training sessions for Finance and Expense modules to ensure seamless user adoption and transition to new systems.Go-Live & Hypercare Support: Provide leadership during project Go-Live, managing transition activities and leading Hypercare support, promptly resolving Sev 1 and Sev 2 tickets and post-deployment issues to stabilize operations.Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to onshore leads and client stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and proactive issue management.
