ABOUT SHIV PRATAP SINGH RATHORE

With over a decade of diverse experience in Human Resource Management, Shiv began his career as a Recruitment Executive, hiring talent across multiple industries, including Educational Institutes, service-based companies, and manufacturing units. This phase equipped him with deep insights into varied organizational structures and hands-on expertise in using leading recruitment platforms like Naukri, Monster, and Shine. He also effectively leveraged referral hiring and developed strong skills in employee database management.Then he transitioned into a generalist HR role at a biomass-based power plant, where he was responsible for end-to-end HR and administrative operations. This included technical hiring, onboarding, grievance handling, contract labor management, and oversight of staff accommodations and canteen facilities.Following this, he joined Toshniwal Industries as part of the HR team, where he led a group of HR executives managing recruitment, administration, employee engagement and legal compliance for company and contractor.Currently, he is serve as the Assistant Zonal HR Manager for Zone-3 with VIVO Rajasthan, overseeing the Complete employee life cycle, learning and development, engagement initiatives, CSR activities, and administrative responsibilities such as vendor and asset management. His journey reflects a strong foundation in both strategic and operational HR functions across diverse sectors.
