ABOUT SHIV MALANG
Shiv Malang, a law graduate from Savitribai Phule Pune University, began his career at Repos Energy, gaining experience in advisory work and contract management. He’s currently pursuing the Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, focusing on insolvency and mediation. Shiv has assisted energy startups in filing Door Step Diesel Delivery Expression of Interest (EOI) with Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs)- IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL. This support has been instrumental in the early stages of business development for these startups. He has completed a Financial Modelling and Valuation course by Grant Thornton. He’s also undertaken additional coursework in Arbitration and commercial contract negotiation. His goal is to integrate his legal background with financial concepts, particularly in insolvency and corporate restructuring.
