At KPIT, my experience comprises business unit marketing and corporate marketing. As part of Corporate Marketing for the past nine years, I have been working on projects that have had an organization-wide impact and led to customer delight for internal and external customers. Currently, I am heading the Graphic Design function having a team of 4 people and multiple vendors. I am responsible for establishing brand guidelines, and my role demands ensuring that any communication (external or internal) follows these brand guidelines. In this role, I have been working on projects such as – Corporate Ads, Corporate and Business Unit campaigns, significant format events (such as KPIT Sparkle, KPIT ATP Challenger Tour, Oracle Open World, Sapphire, etc.), Corporate emailers, and other online and offline promotional material such as posters, emailers, campaign landing pages, social media Ads, etc. I was part of the website revamp project in 2016, in which my role was to lay down the design guidelines and design process, create page design templates, and ensure that everyone followed the procedure and templates. Currently, I am part of the KPIT-Birlasoft demerger process, leading visual rebranding exercises for both the new entities.
