My role within Barclays is Programme Manager, where I manage the PMO delivery office for the 1 Churchill Place Masterplan Programme. My role within Barclays is Programme Manager, where I manage the PMO delivery office for the 1 Churchill Place Masterplan Programme. The 1CP Masterplan programme is the delivery of an enhanced refurbishment of the Barclays Canary Wharf HQ. Responsibilities include- Management of the overall PMO delivery office, including formal daily checkpoints on deliverables- Change control – end to end process including documentation, analysis and close out for Barclays- RAID management – end to end process including monthly risk reviews, documentation and close out for Barclays- Programme financial management – including programme forecasting and project cost profiling for Barclays- Programme schedule – collation and building of the 1CP Masterplan Programme in MS Project & Excel. Also maintaining and distributing any re-baselined programmes to Barclays, as and when changes arise. All programme delivery against milestones tracking- Management Information and reporting – Preparing all weekly, monthly and SLT reporting and any AD Hoc reporting requirements for Barclays- Stakeholder management of programme enablers within Barclays to ensure holistic transparency.
